TMG Firewall service stopping
Hi we currently have 2 Tmg servers in array with Surf cop installed and these 2 proxy are also chaining some traffic to a 3rd proxy , our firewall service keeps stopping every hour ,  we have about 10000 plus users any have any ideas as to how we can figure out why the service keeps stopping there are no errors in the event logs on tmg as to why the service keeps stopping anyone can advise how we can troubleshoot this further ?

If you don't find the reason for the service stop, create a ISATRACE and open a PSS call at Microsoft so Microsoft engineers may help you to find the reason for this error

Hi,

Do you enable web cache? If yes, please temporarily disable it.

And you also need to upgrade your TMG  to the latest version which is really helpful for you:

Hi Thanks for the response , we have updated the TMG still had the problem , i have uninstalled the surf cop agent from the Tmg's seems to be working fine now , any idea why surf cop would cause the firewall service to stop the guys from Redline software don't seem to respond.

Does the issue persist?

Since there is no error information, it is difficult to find out the reason for the issue.

Have you run the Surf Cop all the time before?

We suggest you uninstall/reinstall the surf cop agent to see if the issue persists.
