TFS30177: Team Project Creation Failed TFS 2008
User is getting the following error when trying to create team projects in TFS 2008. "New Project Wizard encountered the following error and could not continue. Error: Insufficient permission to create a new SQL Server Reporting Services at tfs. Explanation The permission granted your username and ID on the SQL Server Reporting services at (Name) do not allow you to create a new project. You must be granted specific permission by the server administrator. User Action Contact the administrator for the sql server reporting services at tfs and ask that t the permission "Content Manager" be added to your user account. I've gone through all security from tfs, to sharepoint to reporting services and even in report server databases (gave max permission) a user can possibly have and still getting the same error... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue may be comes up the TFS SP1 and when Clients Visual Studio dont have or may have SP1 but Team Explorer is installed later on. Just Re-Install Visual Studio Service Pack 1, Check it here; http://www.learnfreex.com/techno/tf03177-team-project-creation-failed/
