Hi
    we encounter a problem  of sql server configuration while installing the SC TECHNICAL PREVIEW 3 SCOM 

Here is an screenshot about problem 

meanwhile, it works well while installing scom 2012 r2 on the same environment

Please provide more information about

1) SQL version and SP level

2) does the installtion account has administrator right on managment server and DB server

3) does installtion account has sa on DB server
