I suggest that you repost your query in a more appropriate forum,, such as the ITPro forum for your operating system. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cc468658.aspx -- Noel Paton | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi | CrashFixPC | The Three-toed Sloth

Hi, Please clarify which Operation System is on the problematic laptop. It appears that this is a Windows Client related question so I would like to suggest you create a new post in the Windows Client Forums as the link below: Windows Client TechCenter http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/w7itpro,windowsvistaitpro,windowsxpitpro,windowsintune The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Cecilia Zhou -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
