Generally that error relates to a hardware driver issue. Have you updated any hardware drivers recently on the server? I would advise you to look at Bing! for extending your crash dump information. That error can also arise when you have a SQL process or query run amok on a server and hang it up. If you can log into the server, I would make sure that you are performing backups of your data ASAP, or have a regular system of backups in place. Look at the previous events to the system failure show in the log.

Hi, If you need further assistance, please note that we may have to analyze memory dump file to narrow down the cause of this issue, forum is not the best place for analyzing dump. It’s suggested to contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) so that a dedicated Support Professional can help you on this issue. To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;PHONENUMBERS If you are outside the US please see http://support.microsoft.com for regional support phone numbers. The server is a workstation, which is a Dell and its under warranty still. I talked to Dell before all this happend and added more memory to it. It was 2Gig now its 4Gig. I am wondering would the upgrade in memeory have anything to do with it??
