After learning basic usage and benefits of sysprep utility, I am eager to sysprep my reference Server 2012 R2 image. I have installed AutoCAD 2015 and MATLAB and some other smaller softwares as well as antivirus products, and configured several server roles and features including desktop experience and web server. 

However, when I capture and apply it, OS preparation ends with an error message showing that windows cannot complete system preparation. Then it suggests I'd better reinstall the system instead.

i wonder, if sysprep is not applicable on server platform? Or there is other issues? Since I do all of those things under windows PE, I have no way to provide more  information about this one. 

Anyone can give a suggestion or answer?
