Hello all

Can we have password sync between Microsoft account with other SaaS app like Wrike.

Actually what happen Our company uses both Azure Account as well as Wrike account ID of both are same but have different password so is it possible to have the single password if yes then how we implement that .

Hello Sunny,

Yes. Wrike is an application already in the Azure Active Directory gallery.

For adding the Application to your Azure Active Directory Tenant, please follow the documentation for Wrike Application.

Next, select option for Configuring Single Sign-On:

Once the SSO option is enabled, you can select the Password Single Sign-On (where Azure AD stores account credentials for users to sign on to Wrike). For the first time, the user would have to sign-in using the Wrike credentials.

You won't be able to "synchronize" password between Azure and SaaS application. However, you can enable SSO (not sync) from Azure -> SaaS app.  Neelesh has provided the detailed information here.

When you enable SSO for Wrike, admin or user has to enter their existing password one time. These password will be stored in Azure password vault. Technically, your Azure password and Wrike password will be different unless you manually make them the same (no automatic synchronization from Azure).

Can you Explain one more thing.

So if I enable SSO in Azure with Wrike and provide the Credentials First time . After that when I changed the password by directly login into wrike without using Azure portal . And then wants to login using SSO is it work that time .

Is it possible to sync the password even I changed from any where as I read some "lastpass" Service are provided by Azure well I am not sure about that .
