We are Microsoft's partner. From each gold competency, it provide US$100 for Microsoft Azure Service. As I have two competencies, so I have US$200 in total. But I found that I am not possible to register all subscriptions into one Microsoft Live account, it said that each subscription can be registered by one Microsoft Live account.  As both competency are come from the same domain, is it possible to use both subscriptions in the same domain.  If possible, how can i do it?  Thanks.

To my knowledge it is not possible.

I suggest you to contact the billing team (which is at free of cost) for assistance for combining multiple azure subscriptions into one.
