Subscription - status Pending
I bought a new (pay-as-you-go) subscription 8-9 hours ago with my existing account and it's status is still pending. Is this delay normal?

Hi,

This doesn't appear to be a regular scenario, something might have went wrong with your account. This needs some investigation to find out what went wrong. Recommend you to create a service request via http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/options/ , select Billing and the support type as Billing.

My case is still not solved. It's been over 36 hours now and MS is still working on it.

Ok, mine seems to have fixed itself. I wonder if it was a general problem, check your sub.

After 48 hours MS finally fixed my problem. They had to manually reset/fix my account and the new subscription was then activated. My account was created when Azure still was in beta so maybe they had to upgrade/update some internal stuff/database.
