Access Denied in several subfolders that have the correct permissions. They were created and accessed until a recent power outage. All other folders and files in the same main folder are accessible. Only one out of 40 inaccessible files and folders was open at the time of the outage. Local logon as the Administrator with all access permissions receives "Access Denied"

These subfolders's NTFS permission might be got corrupted when the server has a power outage. Please run the "chkdsk /f" to fix the problematic folder drive, and restarted server.
