Please feel free to move this to a more appropriate forum, I wasn't sure where exactly to put this question.I have a customer who is running an AD domain with Group Policies and server-stored Mandatory Profiles in place, where I'm getting strange behaviour with an (W2003 Server) AD user and one particular Windows XP client machine. If the AD User has local administrator rights on the client, the input locale and keyboard layouts are correct (Swedish, Swedish keyboard). I do not under any circumstances want this AD User to have local admin rights as it is a public-facing PC. When it has Domain User rights assigned to it, the keyboard layout and locale are American, US Keyboard.At a guess there's some permissions missing somewhere, but I'm struggling to find where as for other clients and users the input locales and keyboard layouts are correct.Thanks in advance if there's anyone out there that's had the same problem and/or knows a solution to it! This problem has been solved... it involved a rebuild of the mandatory profile locally on the client that had the problem with keyboard layout, then moved to the server and applied.
