I dont know what the issue is , however when i try to browse a interal SQL servr reproting site or any website locally like http://servername/site or http://servername I get an error <big>Network Error (dns_server_failure)</big> Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server. The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem. This is happening for some user and not for others . Even if i login to the server and open the IE and try browsing http://servername it gives me a DNS error I tried putting Hostfile entry for DNS but it doesnt work I put in http://servername.domain.com and it works I tried login in with another User and he had no issues browsing http://servername from the same server No Clue wht is going On

see if your computer is pointing to the correct dns server and also use nslookup and resolve the address.http://www.arabitpro.com

It is not a Public IP It is 192.168.200.107 and it is 3rd in the preferred DNS list anyways and for everyother server we use the same as well.
