If I add a user to Reader Role on the storage account using the access, how one should access the blobs, table on the storage account using Storage Explorer or any other tool? 

As most of the storage explorer tools ask for the the storage account and key, can I access this storage account using Read Perms vial any tool?

Role-based access control (RBAC) in the Azure Preview portal to help organizations meet their access management requirements simply and precisely, it control the content via different users, and just used in azure preview portal.

At currently, most of the Azure storage tool need the account name and key, please submit a new feature request at: http://feedback.azure.com/forums/217298-storage

Thanks - I have SQL Azure DB Audit turned on,I want to manage the permissions for the SQL DB via RBAC so that no one can turn the Audit events off for the database or as a matter of fact use RBAC on the Storage Account as well where the SQL DB Audit events are stored so no one is able to delete/modify the SQL Audit table.
