Starting all over ....
I have to clear up a small net with <100 users !The former administrator has usedusernames when giving right to a lot af diff folders on the net.What are the best pathfor doing such a job ?

Technology alone may not suffice to settle your problem. Implement a change management process to track changes to permissions on shares/folders. Have all requests documented or at least have some sort of audit trail. Use groups for lesser administrative overhead.List all folders/shares you need to have the access changed. You can use a number of tools to accomplish this, one of which is Sysinternals' EnumAccess. You can then use icacls.exe orxcacls.exe to remove the users/groups from the folders/shares.
