How to upgrade/Migrate SSIS packages,SSRS reports and SSAS cubes to Sql Server 2012/2014?

I do not have an experience with SSAS but SSIS/SSRS, simple open a new solution  and add reports/packages  you copied from the old server.... Do not forget to deploy them to the new server :-)
