In SharePoint 2007, if we search for a keyword hi? , then we will get him , his and hire and etc.,

How to enable same feature in SharePoint 2013.

 According to your post, you want autosuggestion box with SharePoint 2013 search. 

 I would recommend you to use REST api + JQuery to accomplish this or you can import auto suggestion text file in the central admin.

I do not want Autosuggestion, in the search core result webpart i would like to display the data which contains the following keywords him,his or hire and so on, if i search for a keyword "hi?".

 In this case, why don't you try to enable the suggestion via central admin?

I do not want to display the keyword in Suggestion.

I want to bring all the results from backend whichever has the keywords that starts with "hi" like hire,hint and etc., and display in core result webpart.
