Source and target network requirements

We currently protect 8 VMs with ASR. We are using the Hyper-V Site agent on each host, as opposed to the VMM component of System Center. System Center is more overhead than we'd prefer to take on.

Currently, when I do a planned failover from premise to Azure my VMs end up with no network. In the Azure portal, I see the following:

Is it possible to define a target network without System Center VMM? If so, could someone let me know where to set this configuration?

If I do a test failover, I can select a network. Could I shut down my premise machine(s) and use the test network approach to get my VMs in my production Azure network?

No, the normal behaviour for planned fail-over is that on the Configure Properties of your VM in Aure, you can configure the IP configuration of your VM.

What is the state of your synchronization ?

I don't have any settings available to choose my IP configuration. I also see no place to set the network I'd like the VMs to join. My fail to Azure is committed.
