Hello all,I have 2 sophos Enterprise servers 1 on AD DSand second on Linux based LDAP domain.When from SOPHOS on my ADDS domain i install sophos client on my exchange server (On AD DS with windows 2008 64 bit), it doesnot install the AV client, says server cannot be contacted.BUT i can install and update from the sophos server on LDAP domain the AV Clientinstalls on exchange box.i have tried all the things mentioned on websites which includeopening of port 8192,8193 and 8194 (on client and server both) and allowing RemoteNT.exe file.any suggestions will be much appreciated..Qais

Hello Qahmed!Use Process Monitor on your Exchange Server to monitor why the installation is not progressing. Filter by the installation process, maybe it has nothing to do with IP connectivity.Otherwise, install Network Monitor 3.3 toobserve outgoingtrafficonthe exchange server. If this is a connectivity issue you'll see failed 3handshake attempts.Leonardo Fagundes
