Software Mirror on Windows 2003 server
I have windows 2003 server with two 160 GB hard drives. Each has two partitions "one 100gb and one 57gb" Drive 0 is the main boot hdd and drive 01 is the hdd I just added and partitioned and ntfs formatted. I also made it a dynamic hdd. I went to make drive 0 a dynamic hdd but when I went to do this I get the message that the hdd will not load the os anymore, or install anymmore software once I make it a dynamic hdd. Why is this what am I missing here? I was afraid to continue as it seemed it would not boot or work anymore if I did continue. All I want to do is mirror drive 0 and drive 01 with a software mirror. How do I do this step by step? Thanks much
