I just bought a smart card reader ACR38 and several smart cards with a sle4428 microchip. I went to acs website and found the pc/sc driver and CT-API library. Not sure, but does server 2008 R2 come with the proper csp for a sle4428 card? Do I need to install the CT-API library? How do I Install it? Sorry for my lack of experience, but any advice would be appreciated.
