Slow access with certificate on windows 2008 with iis 7.5
I'm having a problem related to the certificate on windows 2008 R2 with iis 7.5. My server has a certificate, is required of my clients are satisfied as well. But when the application was hosted on windows 2003 and iis 6.5, the login screen
of
my system was displayed almost instantly, already in 2008 and iis 7.5 takes 15-30 seconds to display. I need Help

SSL traffic may have two slow factors
1. the certification chain is not available for the clients and they have to download the chain up till Root CA
2. your CRL distribution points are not correctly setup
