Single Network ISA Proxy
Hi,i have a little concern about our ISA 2004 firewall. we have two ISP and each ISP has a router installed. during the setup and configuration we onlyuseone ISP router as the gateway. now, evry time the first ISP network link down we change the gateway address. but i noticed when i change the gateway ip address of our proxy network the policies and rules are bypassed and all users can browse to any web sites. is it because we change the ip gateway of our proxy? but when we tried to use the first ISP gateway the polices are running. what are the posible causes and how can orwhatwill we do if the first (Primary) ISP network link is down? and uses the secondary ISP without bypassing the policies?thank you!

It seems it is an ISA configuration issue. I suggest that you post it in the ISA Forum, the support professionals there are better qualified to assist you.
