I tried VS 2013 Pro on a trial a long time ago. I've been using Express. However - I saw that VSO 2015 Pro includes 2013 Pro so I signed up. I gave my credit card and chose to end my trial and I paid.

I got an email saying my trial will renew against my credit card after my free 30 day VSO trial ends.

Because I had already trialed 2013 pro, it won't activate.  I need to use 2013 Pro now.

How can I end my trial and be billed immediately so 2013 pro will download a license it will use? It says the one downloaded is inadequate.
