A client had a blue screen crash of their server and after it was restarted we are getting ID 33 errors. The system will not open internet explorer,or any othe programs (SQL manager, Visual Config, ect. It will run internet explorer 64 bit though. I have repair C++ 2008 runtime with no luck and tried to reinstall C++ 2005 but it fails with error: Error creating process <msiexec /i vcredist.msi> Reason: the application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Etc. Any ideas would be very helpful, Thanks for any help guys!

I guess I will call Microsoft and let there guys fix it. I bet it will be an easy fix for them.
