Sharepoint site search

Is it possible to use Sharepoint search to only return sites/webs that the current user has "member" permissions on?

If I use "contentclass:STS_Web" I will get all sites that the user has read access to, but I can't figure out (if possible) how to limit the result to only return sites on which the current user has another permission level.

If user has "read" permission on site/document library, he can also see crawled object as search result.

The only way to accomplish that is

1) using fine-grained permissions on document library or items that you want exclude by removing any group that has permission lower than "Members" (note that the misuse of fine-grained and breaking permission inheritance it's not recommended by MS because it introduce performance, manageability and security issues

2) exclude those content from being crawled by search (but no one could find it as results in a search)
