i have metadata like column name is  Customer Number  and value is 247848. i i seacrh customer number property in property restrictions and select contains  and search for 247 it is not giving results.

Kindly help me in this issue.

HI, can you please elaborate your question? Are you trying to search in your search page and not getting the desired results?

Numbers are not consider words in the SharePoint index and it does not support partial number searches. Partial word searching is only supported using words and the wildcard operator.
