Hi Pedro,
as i know, you can change the search result page URL, but it also depends on your needs, please have a try,
or you can try to add a webpart to the site,

Hi Aries, thank you for taking the time, I'm already using this approach, I edited the search box display template, to match our web site styles, and while doing this, I redirected to a custom page with a proper master page, and a CSWP, which take the ?k= query string automatically.
This is working great so far, but what i need is to index the list items to the search but before that, change the url, so i can point to a custom page, where the querystring of this item (i.e. /lists/news/dispform.aspx?ID=1). I want to be indexed already as a page, so when the web part renders the results, it will show, on the hover, that nice preview of the page, and not the default list item preview.
I hope i made my self clear, English is not my native language.
Thank you again.
Hi Pedro,
please correct my understanding if it is wrong, what i get from you, you want to create like a catalog, so that you can group all the news in to other URL and based on the catalog index?
http://en.share-gate.com/blog/migrate-sharepoint-2013-what-is-product-catalog
http://blog.mastykarz.nl/inconvenient-url-rewriting-catalog-items-sharepoint-2013/
or perhaps you can add a look up link, so that the link that will be shown and it will redirected to the correct place, for this i think u may need to custom a bit.
