I have user that on one computer she scan documents into a shared folder out on the server. She logs off that computer and goes to her normal desk to finish her work, when she checks the shard folder on the server all her files that she just scanned are gone. I have given her full control of the folder, and have watched her scan the files into the folder and saw that they were there. only thing i did find out today is that if i leave her logged into the computer with the scanner and then she goes back to her desk and checks there the files are there but once the other we log her off the computer with the scanner the files are gone. any thoughts ?? thanks .. running windows 2008 rs server, and both desktops are windows xp ..
