We have a Windows 2008 Server OS where a shadow copies of a drive is scheduled to a USB HDD. Last evening we removed the USB connection & reconnected it after 5 mins. Today morning on checking we lost all the previous versions of the shadow copies? is this normal? is there a way to retain the previous versions or is this permanently disappeared?
