Setting up external Web Sites
I would like to setup an external web site that users can get to on my server. I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP2 with SQL 2012 Enterprise, SharePoint 2010 Enterprise and Exchange 2010 Enterprise. I do not know if I should use
SharePoint for this or Windows Server. Could some one point me in the direction of the documentation to do this.
Thank you

Well, you can either use IIS or Sharepoint (Based on IIS) to create your Web portals. To publish them, you can forward HTTP / HTTPS traffic to them directly or use a reverse proxy to do it (Like Forefront TMG).
For IIS questions, ask them here: https://forums.iis.net/
For Sharepoint questions, ask them here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/sharepoint
