Service Request Auto Approval
Hello TechNet Experts,
I am looking to create a workflow or somehow setup the Service Requests to automatically approve / not require approval. Any ideas on how to do this? So basically, I want a service request to come in just like an incident does, no need for anyone to approve
it.

Just don't add a review activity in the SR template.

Hi Marat,
I opened the "Default Service Request" template and tried to remove the activities but I cannot save my changes, I think this is because it is a sealed template. Do I have to create my own SR template and instruct analysts to use that one instead?

Is there the a way to get our template to replace the default one so we can use the Create service request task instead of having to use the Create Service Request From Template task?
