Im working on Service Manager reports and I have a doubt about the Service Request SLA Reports if there is any field like I have for incidents the field that I am looking for is "Resolved Within Target Resolution Time Percentage".
I found only this fields bellow:
ServiceRequest Breaching At Least One SLO;
ServiceRequest Breaching SLO Percentage;
ServiceRequest Meeting All SLOs;
ServiceRequest Meeting Meeting All SLO Percentages;
