Service Manger 2012 where are the values located in SQL for extended Change Request form

I have had issues using Orchestrator and the SCSM IPs returning values for the extensions and thought it may be more reliable to run a SQL query in SCO.  The values are visible in my customized CR form so the thought is that the values exist in the DB even if SCO can't retrieve them.

What table can these values be found?

Better yet, what would the query look like to return values for a specific CR?

Hi Herb.

Not sure whether you fixed this yet, but when using SCO against extended classes you should look for classes beginning with the word 'extension' when configuring the Activity in the RunBook.

Hi Shawn,

So are you saying the extended properties should just show up in the activity?

Yes, and normally they will start with "Extension of......"

They do not show. I created a new field in SCSM, sealed the MP but the field does not show in SCO only the OOB fields.

you imported the Management Pack to SCSM?

please close and reopen SCO  Runback Designer

readd the SCSM activity and reconfigure with connection, sometimes this has to be done to see new entities.
