Currently I have the following scenario:

A server with Service Manager 2012 R2 RTM
A server with Service Manager DW
A server with SQL Server instance SCSM

aproccimadamente a month ago it was migrated Serive Manager 2012 RTM to SP1, then to 2012 R2 RTM.

After migration, all reports do not show updated data,

In DW server I see problems with warehouse tasks, as shown in the image.

when running Enable-SCDWJobSchedule -JobName XXXX does not work in any of the tasks still false.

you have a challenge here, as those issues can have different causes. If I were you I would start by verifying my SSRS installation:
