I want to export multiple Data from Service Manager Database, Hence looking for the Data Structure used for Service Manager DB.

Can you please share any articles that having all the Service Manager DB table/Views and SP along with types of data so that my developer colleague gather all through SQL Query.

1. Active Incidents Details .

2. Warning and Breached Incidents.

3. Numbers of Tickets assigned to Engineers.
