Service Manager - Replacement for HP Open View

Dear All,

For a long time we are using HP Open View as our Service Desk Tool, we are in a plan to migrate to Service Manager. The Question is, we are system integrator and logging calls for our customers and manage our SLA accordingly. As for as I know, System Center can be used to handle internal IT Requests for Organization. Shall we use Service Manager for the purpose of Logging incidents for different customers and Produce reports customer wise?

The summary of the Requirement is, we have 1000+ AMC Customers and need to maintain the Customer Incidents, technically we need to create a Customer Master and fetch that into Incident Screen for selection. Is this possible in Service Manager? Please advise.
