Service Level reporting shows GUID instead of a name

Hi,

I have created a Service Level's in the SCOM 2012 Authoring Console.

When I go to reports and ask for a Service Level Report and I try to add a service level report the only thing I got is:

I just need a clear name, not a GUID.

How can I fix this behaviour of SCOM?

Kind regards,

Hi

you can open unseal mp and remove displaystring for the class GUID, as console will display displaystring for any management pack element GUID. if you remove Displaystring for management pack element (i.e. Class ID) GUID will be displayed.

or you can place common name to GUID and name for class.

NOTE : SCOM authoring console do not allow empty name for any element.

Oke, I will give it a try. But this is strange behavior. In 2007 R2 I did not have this GUID-issue.

With SCOM Autoring I meant the authoring part of the SCOM 2012 console software.
