Hi,

While I am running my website, I am facing the below error in an ASP file. 

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/includes/Room/init.asp, line 13

800401f3

This page has been created as a virtual directory. However this page is running WELL in Prod server but throwing error in Dev Server. The line 13 is to create a server object for an calender app in ASP.

Please let me know to resolve this error..

In addition, this issue may be caused by multiple reasons. Such as: fat-fingering the ProgID (e.g. "CDNOTS.NewMial"), not realizing that the object is not actually installed and so on. Please refer to the following article, it will provide more details.

The issue happened as the Component is not installed successfully in the system. The issue is resolved once i installed the component successfully.
