Hello, Before sending the Log fiels to Microsoft I advice you to give cleanboot to the server and see if it works.
Step 1: Perform a Clean Boot
1. Click "Start", go to "Run", and type "msconfig" in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility.
2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All (if it is not gray).
3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".
4. restart your computer. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the box and click "OK".
After you restart Monitor the performance of the server for a While if it works good then ebable the services accordingly.
Thanks and Hope you understandhttp://technetfaqs.wordpress.com

hi Rey,If your issue is critical and business justified , i would suggest you to consult microsoft support for quick troubleshooting and finding the RC of the problem. If you have sufficient time to troubleshoot the problem then you can follow us in technet forum for the suggestions. step1 : follow syed suggestion to eliminate possible intrevension of 3rd party dll , if the problem did not occur in safe mode then it is believed that some of the 3rd party app is causing the behavior. step2 : please check the behavior , if its just certain app hang or complete server hang , if its complete server hang then we would like you to collect complete memory dump for anlaysis.
