Trying to renew the $25 gift card included with my HP Stream and having trouble. I know you have to use the internet explorer desktop app so I tried to open the website it indicates but I get an error message, so I tried this on edge and on Firefox as well as my phone and they all get this error message: 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

Advice would be appreciated.

Probably not on your end. Might have to report the error to HP.
