Server access through internet
Hi
I have one server named cmklm with ip 111.***.***.***. one sql based application is installed to it. (on drive d).
all the clients are accessing the application using terminal service and working fine.
Some of the systems want access to this applications using internet (note that the systems are not clients) or any other way.
is it possible? if possible how i can access this.
Hello,
Possible but you have to check that with your application developer.
You can try using ISA Server / TMG Forefront and publish the wanted application.

Hello,
is the server directly connected to the internet? If yes, check if you can ping it or connect to the application with the correct open ports on it.
If it is behind a firewall configure the router to forward request from the incoming port to the server having this application installed.Best regards
