The User32 1076 event is written when the first user with shutdown privileges logs on to the computer after an unexpected restart or shutdown and supplies a reason for the occurrence.Check for event ID:6008 then the system has unexpected restart.

HiError: Other (Unplanned), reason code: 0xa000000 - This event refers to the failure indicated by the previous EventLog 6008 event. The User32 1076 event is written when the first user with shutdown privileges logs on to the computer after an unexpected restart or shutdown and supplies a reason for the occurrence. An unexpected restart or shutdown is one that the system cannot anticipate, such as when the user pushes the computer''s reset button or unplugs the power cord.did you Check Memory/mini dump generated or not? this is the common reason code did you check found any hardware related error ?DevaDon't do what others say - listen to them, but do what you feel good doing.

Hi, Please disable Automatically restart first. 1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. 2. Click the Advanced tab. 3. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery dialog box. 4. Clear the Automatically restart check box, and click OK the necessary number of times. 5. Select Small Memory Dump. 5. Restart your computer for the settings to take effect. When the BSOD occurs, please record the detailed error message for research.
