Could anyone explain wat this alert is with respect to

SUBSOURCE : Service
I got this from a 2008r2 machine.We r using MOM 2005 for this machine

It's difficult to answer this since we don't have any detailed information. Check your detailed event information. You may use the tool like Process Monitor to monitor the processes.
And as others said, also this question in a proper forum.
