hi 

my computer[windows 8.1 ]have 8gb memory and  cpu: intel pentium g3250 with one core  that's mean i cant use virtual server.

i thought about buy vps in 3$ in ovh for 1 month but it is possible to connect remote server[ outside my network ] with server manager ?

is there any other options for me to use server manager as a learning experience with my current hardware ?

You don't need to use your own hardware or buy a vps.

Note:also you can connect vps with rdp or vps vendors plesk panel.

and it work fine little slower then i  expect but i guess it because i live outside usa
