Server Manager crashes after upgrading from Windows Server 2012 to 2012 R2

I can't start Server Manager. Any help is appreciated. It gives me the following crash information:

Have you tried removing the GUI interface and re-installing it?

Thanks Anantesh. I figured it out. It was because of the Intel chipset and HD4000 drivers. I downloaded the latest chipset driver here and graphics driver here (both for Windows 8.1) and it fixed the problem.

Thanks for this thread, I also had an issue with a brand new Dell poweredge T20, with Server 2012 R2 standard.

I'd installed all latest drivers from Dell's website, and was getting these crashes.  

After wasting a lot of time with windows updates and .net framework, I uninstalled the Intel graphics driver and rebooted and all was well!

Thanks! I was having the same issue today, and updating the graphics drivers fixed it.
