Server Licensing
If I have 4x MS Server STD installed on separate servers and I have 25 CAL for each server, then does it mean i have 100 CALS and all the 100 CALS can access the 4 servers?

yes, you purchase a cal for server access, the cal can access multiple servers. however, unless you have software assurance, you cal is valid for a certain version of windows. e.g. a cal for 2003 isnt valid to access 2008.

I would have to agree any licensing question should be directed directly to Microsoft licensing because no one of the answer proper questions about licensing except for the licenser which is MS in this question.

Hi,
For licensing related issue, you’d better contact Microsoft licensing team. In the United States and Canada, you may call the licensing team directly
at 1-800-426-9400 (select option 4), Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (PST) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist. In this way, you will know the detailed information about license.
Worldwide customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft Licensing Sites
http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/worldwide.aspx
to find contact information in their locations.
Thank you for your understanding.
