One Windows server 2012 r2 Data Center Server has rebooted  randomly .Below are the error detail.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd0014c19b1b0, 0xffffd0014c19b108, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 022415-66812-01.

Any idea please...

You can also refer to the following basic troubleshooting steps:

• Install missing Windows Updates
• Update your drivers, firmware and BIOS
• Uninstall all unused programs
• Do a clean boot
• Do a Memory check using memtest86+. In case of failure detection, replace the faulty RAM

If none helped, you might want to temporary disable the security software you are running on the server and check again.

Windows , drivers are fully updated , still facing same issue..

The STOP code 0x139 is completely a driver issue. I would suggest you to analyze the memory dump to debug which is the faulty driver.

Perhaps for this, contacting the machine vendor would eb the best shot.

Have you tried the other suggestions:

• Do a clean boot
• Check the Memory using memtest86+
• Temporary disable your security software running on the server

Same issue face again The STOP code 0x139 . Restart the server and perform Clean Boot . .
