I am building Hardening Guide for Server 2012 R2.

I am trying to find any Microsoft provided Security Guide or Best Practices for Server 2012 R2. Similar to what CIS and DISA STIGS are available for Server 2012.

I see that along with Security Compliance Manager, there is a server 2012 security guide.docx document. How can I obtain the document without installing Security Compliance Manager?
