Server 2008 and the Graphics driver
After upgrading from Windows Server 2003 to 2008 I now have a graphics issue I need to resolve. The machine is oldbut works great for what I do, at least with 2003. However, it has an Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV/E on-board graphics chip that I cannot find a driver for which supports 2008. The best I can achieve with the default Windows driver is VGA, resolution 640 x 480, and only 16 bit color. Thoughts anyone? I need help. Thanks.

Hi,
Please perform Sainath's suggestion. If the issue continues, I recommend that you contact Intel for more details or you can initial a post in the form related to hardware.
Best regards,

This did not work for me. It's a driver for a Dell Inspiron and XP.

For Windows XP related queries, post on
Windows Answers Forum or
WinXP ITPRO forum.
Use Dell Vendor website to download the driver.
Thanks

II think you're a little late in responding. I posted this original question over 2 YEARS ago. I don't even have a machine with Server 2003 anymore.
