Hello,I loaded a trial version of windows server 2008 standard and just realized I have 1 day to activate it. I am only using it as a domain controller right now, so I was wondering if I had time to order the full version. That may take a couple days, but I was hoping that until then the domain controller would still work. Its says that I have a day to activate, or I will lose some functionality, just wondering how much functionality. Thanks in advance for any help.

How long have you been running the trial version? If this is the first 60 day period you can extend the trial with slmgr -rearm. Type slmgr at a command prompt for details.Bill
